The idea for Southlake Bar & Grill was created by brothers John and James Schmidt (who also own the Greenlake Bar and Grill and Eastlake Bar and Grill). Both owners had previous experience in the restaurant industry through their strong associations with the conception and development of Taco Del Mar. The site is located in the Alley 24 development and supports a bustling clientele in the evolving neighborhood.
